A Denver man was caught transporting 30 pounds of high-grade marijuana on Interstate 70 Sunday, according to a St. Charles County Sheriff’s Department report.
A sheriff’s deputy pulled over Justin R. Hulet, 34, of Denver, over for failing to use a turn signal on eastbound I-70 at the 205 mile marker near Wentzville.
